The idea
validator that
makes you prove it.
Every verdict comes with a test plan fitted to you. If it says Prove, you come back and record what you tested.
Free during the betaA beta seat is a free account on Valdorro while it is still in beta. You get 1 free credit to run one idea, and 1 more credit when you give feedback while your seat is open (45 days). Seats are limited.. Bibhash replies to every request personally.

Friends say it’s great. So does the chatbot.
Many ideas don’t fail for lack of effort. They fail on an assumption nobody checked. Valdorro is built to find yours before you spend months building — and to say Kill when the evidence says Kill.

Five layers of hard questions, in order
Each layer hunts a different way ideas fail, and each one reads what the layers before it found.
Assumptions
Drags the hidden assumptions into the open and asks which ones would sink you if they turned out false.
Market
Who else is doing this, whether people are asking for it, and what they complain about today. Backed by web evidence with sources, when the search finds any.
Pre-mortem
Imagines the idea has already failed, then works back to the most likely reasons, while there is still time to avoid them.
Validation
Turns the riskiest doubts into cheap real-world tests, deadliest first.
Founder fit
Checks the idea against you: your skills, your time, the people you can reach, and why your past ideas stalled, and whether you can realistically build and test it.
One verdict at the end
A verdict in plain words, with the reasons behind it. The score beside it is only a guide; the verdict is what counts.
The evidence contradicts an assumption the idea cannot stand without, and there is no credible way around it.
The report names exactly what sinks it.
One specific part of the idea does not work on the evidence, and a different direction has clearly stronger support.
Often it is who you sell to, the problem you solve, or how you charge.
The idea still holds up, but the assumptions it depends on most have not been tested yet.
That is not the same as proven, so you get the tests to run before you put in more time or money.
Every report is written by AI, not reviewed by a human.
A chatbot answers your question. Valdorro asks the ones you skipped.
- Works inside the way you framed the idea
- Starts from your idea’s best case
- Usually ends with encouragement
- Runs five fixed layers of questions, in order
- Each layer reads what the ones before it found
- Ends with Kill, Pivot or Prove, and a test plan fitted to you
No is a real answer here, not a polite maybe.
Valdorro doesn’t grade on a curve. If the evidence says the idea doesn’t survive as it stands, the verdict says Kill or Pivot, and the report names exactly what sinks it. When the idea can be saved, it says what has to change.
Market and pre-mortem carry the weight here, so the verdict is Pivot, not Prove.
The work starts after the verdict.
A score tells you what a model thinks. It cannot tell you what buyers will do. Only you can find that out, by talking to them and asking them to pay. Valdorro gives you the tests, fitted to your situation. If the verdict is Prove, it asks you to come back and record what you tested.

- Ask 10 consultants how they follow up after a sales call today.Measure: how many say slow follow-up has cost them a deal.
- Do the follow-up by hand for 5 of them for one week.Measure: how many ask to keep it.
- Offer it at $40 a month before building anything.Measure: how many of the 5 pay up front.

What happens to your idea
Used to run your report
Your idea goes to the AI models that run your interrogation, and in part to a web-search service for the market layer.
Not sold, not shown to other users
We don’t sell your idea, and other users never see it. Bibhash, who runs Valdorro, can see it.
Yours to delete
Delete it yourself, any time, in the app. Only the title and a record of the run are kept: when it ran, what it cost, and the verdict and score it got.

Who is Valdorro for?
Founders and builders with a software or SaaS idea they haven’t built yet, or are about to put more time and money into.
How is it different from asking ChatGPT?
A chatbot answers what you ask, inside the way you framed it. Valdorro runs five fixed layers of questions in order, each one reading what the last found, and ends with Kill, Pivot or Prove.
What do Kill, Pivot and Prove mean?
Kill: the evidence contradicts an assumption the idea cannot stand without, and there is no credible way around it. Pivot: one part of the idea does not work on the evidence, and a different direction has clearly stronger support. Prove: the idea still holds up, but the assumptions it depends on most are untested, so you get the tests to run before you put in more time or money.
What happens after a Prove?
You get tests fitted to your situation. Run them, then come back and record what you tested.
What if it says Kill?
Then you hear it now, not after months of building. The report names exactly what sinks it, so you can decide whether a different version is worth testing.
What can’t Valdorro tell you?
Whether anyone will pay. Only buyers can tell you that, which is why you get tests to run.
Does a human review my report?
No. Every report is written by AI, not reviewed by a human.
What happens to my idea?
Valdorro uses it only to run your interrogation. A short part goes to a web-search service, which may use search queries to improve its models. You can delete it yourself at any time. The privacy policy has the details.
How do I get a seat, and what does it cost?
