Terms of Service

Valdorro runs a submitted idea through a multi-layer AI interrogation and returns a report with a Kill, Pivot or Prove verdict, supporting reasoning, and the assumptions the verdict rests on.

Everything Valdorro produces is an analytical opinion generated by AI models. It is not legal, financial, tax, investment or professional advice, and it is not a substitute for your own diligence. AI output can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. We make no guarantee about any business outcome — a Prove verdict is not a prediction of success, and a Kill verdict is not proof an idea cannot work. Decisions you take on the strength of a report are yours.

You must give accurate account information and keep it current. An account is for one person; do not share credentials or let others run interrogations on your account. You are responsible for activity under your account and should tell us promptly if you think it has been compromised. You must be 18 or older to use Valdorro.

One credit buys one full interrogation of one idea. Credits are tied to your account: they are not transferable, not exchangeable between accounts, and have no cash value.

Purchases are switched off during the beta: credits are granted, not bought. A seat activated on or after 24 October 2026 gets one credit when the invite is activated, and a second for submitting feedback while the seat is open (45 days). Feedback sent after the seat has ended is welcome, but it earns no credit. A seat activated before 24 October 2026 keeps what was promised then: two credits when the invite was activated, and a third for submitting feedback. Paid credit purchases, with Dodo Payments as merchant of record, will carry their own terms when they are introduced.

You agree not to:

submit unlawful, infringing, or deliberately harmful content; use Valdorro to plan anything illegal; attempt to extract, reverse-engineer or reconstruct the interrogation engine, its prompts or its scoring; probe, overload or circumvent rate limits, credit accounting or the invite gate; scrape the service by automated means; or resell Valdorro output as your own validation service.

We may suspend or remove content and accounts that breach this section.

You keep ownership of the ideas you submit and of the reports generated for your ideas. You grant Valdorro the licence it needs to store, process and display that content in order to run the service for you.

Valdorro keeps ownership of the platform: the software, interfaces, prompts, interrogation methodology, report structure and brand. Nothing here transfers any of that to you.

Valdorro is in beta. Features may change, be reworked or be withdrawn, pricing may change with notice, and there is no uptime commitment or service-level agreement during the beta period. We aim to keep your data intact through every change, and will tell you in advance if something material is going away.

A beta seat runs for 45 days from the day you activate your invite code. When it ends, you can no longer start a new interrogation. Everything you have already produced stays yours and stays reachable: you can sign in, read and export any report, and record test results against any idea whose window is open.

Beta credits are granted, not bought, and they end with the seat: any you have not used by that date are removed from your balance. Credits you have paid for are separate and are not affected — they do not expire. Beta credits are always used first, so paid credits are never consumed while beta credits remain. Seats activated before 8 September 2026 keep their unused credits, as originally stated.

Valdorro is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost opportunity or lost data arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid Valdorro in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You can delete your own ideas at any time, without asking us. What that does, what it destroys and what it leaves behind is set out under Deleting an idea in the Privacy Policy, which is the single description of it.

You can stop using Valdorro and ask us to close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, and will explain why unless doing so would be unlawful. On termination your right to use the service ends; unused credits are forfeited where the account was terminated for breach, and otherwise lost when the account closes. Beta credits also end with the beta seat, as described above. Ask us for an export of your reports before you close an account.

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

We may update these terms. Material changes are notified in the app before they take effect, and the date at the top of this page is updated. Continuing to use Valdorro after that means you accept the revised terms.
